Desperate to get her daughter back, Antara seeks help from Inspector Chandan (Pavail Gulati). She eventually realizes that the inspector is actually the grown-up Anay, who spent his entire life looking for the "woman from the TV".

To restore her original timeline, Antara realizes she must prevent her younger self from ever entering Anay’s life in that specific way. After another leap through time, she manages to return to her original reality with her daughter, though the grown-up Anay in this version has no memory of their shared alternate life.

Exactly 25 years later, Antara (Taapsee Pannu) moves into Anay’s former home with her husband and daughter. During a similar storm, she finds Anay's old TV and camcorder. A portal opens through the screen, allowing her to communicate with the young Anay in 1996. Antara warns him to stay away from the neighbor’s house, successfully saving his life.
