Log into iCloud.com, search for "8566" in your library, and click the Download icon.
Use the iMovie app or QuickTime Player to "Export" as a 1080p/4K file (which defaults to MP4). Download IMG 8566 MOV mp4
Open the app or website, type "IMG_8566" in the search bar, and select Save to device . Log into iCloud
