Search for Parts 01, 02, and 04 (if applicable).

Once you have the extracted firmware file (usually named upgrade_5510S.pkg or similar):

Move all downloaded parts into the same directory on your PC.

Plug the TV back into the power outlet while holding the button.

Right-click Part 01 and select "Extract Here" using WinRAR or 7-Zip .
