In his cramped printing shop, Zeb spent his days typesetting and printing beautiful, intricate maps by hand. One day, as Zeb was working on a particularly complex map of the American West, a knock at the door interrupted his concentration. He looked up to find a tall, imposing figure in a long, black duster coat, with a wide-brimmed hat pulled low over his face. In the late 19th century, in a small, cluttered printing shop in Philadelphia, a peculiar man named Zebulon Wychwood Atlas plied his trade as a typesetter and printer. Zeb, as he was known to his acquaintances, was a man of unassuming stature, with an untamed shock of white hair and spectacles perched on the end of his nose.
